To create a better future,

just imagine it!

ALFASSA applies as a validation matrix a development model that considers the "economic" variable not as a value but as a means to create value for man and the environment, that is, it contrasts economic development with eco-sustainable development, binding the 'to each other.

Each production cluster specialized by market, channel and production sector is self-determined following the guidelines of long-term DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS which define Strategic Development Goals (Economic Development) aimed at achieving certain environmental and social sustainability objectives (Development Sustainable).

The integrated knowledge of Human Capital is declined in long-term DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, specialized by market, channel and production sector, which replace the term VISION, which indicates the projection of a future scenario using the current development model, with the term PREDICTION, which is the act of announcing in advance the occurrence of future events by following one path rather than another, that is, the ability to reverse the macroeconomic paradigm by applying the new ALFASSA development model as a validation matrix.

Therefore, Strategic Development Goals (Economic Development) are associated with the aims of the PROGRAM, aimed at achieving certain environmental and social sustainability Goals (Eco-sustainable development).

  • SOCIAL BLOG to define the projection of the scenario that reflects the ideals, values and aspirations of those who set goals and participate actively and proactively in the development of programs

  • COMPETENCE CENTER Decentralized to define the Strategic Development Objectives which are then associated with service levels functional to the certification of the "VALUE-SCORE" value

Let's take the health sector as an example, this sector makes a profit if people get sick and those who should regulate this sector do not respond to the values of the institution they represent but to the profit needs of the corporations themselves. Now, imagine a clinic that charges its associates for annual insurance that includes all benefits, such a clinic has no interest in the patient becoming ill and therefore will invest its profits in prevention. By changing the business model we have in fact created the conditions to reverse the macroeconomic paradigm.
