Dobbiamo prendere atto che la convergenza simultanea delle tecnologie digitali nelle complesse dinamiche della comunicazione determinerà un cambiamento epocale tanto che sarà ricordato come la più grande rivoluzione che il genere umano abbia mai potuto ricordare. La differenza con il passato è sostanziale, ogni grande scoperta porta con se un grande cambiamento all'interno di un determinato ecosistema produttivo, ma quello a cui stiamo andando incontro è significativamente diverso.
Le tecnologie digitali portano con se un grande valore aggiunto, quello di dare al genere umano il sesto senso, quello che ha la capacità di interconnettere persone e cose come se fossero un unico organismo vivente. Siamo oramai incapaci di distinguere la realtà di un ambiente fisico da uno virtuale, ognuno di noi è interconnesso ed influenzato istantaneamente alla variazione dell’altro e funzioni vitali come la passione, le emozioni, l’empatia non avvengono solo attraverso lo scambio di relazioni ma anche condividendo un pensiero che viaggia in rete. Le sue potenzialità sono straordinarie, la Digital Transformation porterà un cambiamento culturale, sociale, relazionale, conoscitivo, creativo e gestionale. Rivoluzionerà l’attuale modello socio-economico liberando l’uomo dalle proprie mura ideologiche, formando così una nuova coscienza etica e morale. Porterà con se nuove scoperte e permetterà di accelerare la loro applicazione all’interno di un determinato ecosistema produttivo.

Questo grande processo di trasformazione, inarrestabile ed inesorabile, non è quindi una fatalità ma è la volontà dell’individuo, sempre più forte, di lottare per la propria sopravvivenza. L’informazione e la comunicazione, come i capitali e le merci, non hanno più frontiere. Ciò che era distante s’avvicina e il passato diventa sempre più presente. Lo sviluppo non è più una serie di tappe attraverso le quali una società esce dalla crisi e l’innovazione non è più successiva alla tradizione, tutto si mescola e lo spazio e il tempo si comprimono. We must realize that the simultaneous convergence of digital technologies in complex communication dynamics will lead to epochal change so much that it will be remembered as the greatest revolution that mankind has ever been able to remember. The difference with the past is substantial, every great discovery brings with it a big change within a given production ecosystem, but what we are going to face is significantly different.
Digital technologies bring with it a great added value, that of giving humanity the sixth sense, the one that has the ability to interconnect people and things as if they were a living organism. We are now incapable of distinguishing the reality of a physical environment from a virtual one, each one of us interconnected and instantly influenced the variation of the other and functions vital as passion, emotions, empathy are not only through the exchange of relationships but even by sharing a thought that travels on the net. Its potential is extraordinary, Digital Transformation will bring about a cultural, social, relational, cognitive, creative and managerial change. It will revolutionize the current socio-economic model by freeing man from its ideological walls, thus forming a new ethical and moral conscience. It will bring new discoveries and will speed up their application within a given production ecosystem.
Digital Transformation is the greatest blessing for people and nations because it brings progress. This great process of transformation, unstoppable and inexorable, is not a fatality, but it is the will of the individual, increasingly strong, to strive for his survival. Information and communication, like capitals and goods, no longer have borders. What was distant is approaching and the past becomes more and more present. Development is no longer a series of stages through which a society emerges from the crisis and innovation is no longer following the tradition, everything blends and space and time squeeze. Control of the communication of states, churches, families or schools weakens and the Internet becomes more and more a sovereign instrument.
